Can't access plex after upgrading to Ubiquity UDM Pro

Featured Replies

Hello. I just upgraded my router form my Frontier Fios router (Arris) to a Ubiquity UDM Pro. The UDM pro re-assigned a new IP address (was previously 192.168.254.83 and now 192.168.254.43). It looks like Unraid updated the container as was needed and all looks in order. I went into the UDM and forwarded the appropriate port to the new ipaddress of my unraid server. All other docker containers seemed to work fine; but I can't access Plex at all. If I click the webui, nothing, if I go to plex.tv and try that way, nothing. Would it make sense just to change my ip address in unraid to the ip address it previously was? I also went into tools and updated permissions. I've removed the docker and reinstalled via previous apps. Any ideas what else I can try?

**edit**: turns out my preferences.xml file somehow became empty. I was able to see a "failed to load preferences.xml" in the logs. I went to my appdata backup and restored and now it's working. I would have deleted this post, but thought it might help someone down the road.
