My first Nas with Unraid/Qnap 251+

Featured Replies

Hello everyone, I finally started my Nas with an old QNAP 251+ and I'm surprised how good it works I only have one problem at the moment because if I turn off the NAS it restarts after a few seconds? And a setting of Unraid or from the Qnap Bios? Thank you

Hi, thank you for the reply, I'll do it immediately but is it possible to do it at Unraid?

Yes

Ok by chance I have to execute these commands from the terminal?

cd / share / Public /
wget http://download.qnap.com/Storage/tsd/bios/QW37AR36.zip
unzip QW37AR33.zip
chmod + x flashrom
./flashrom -p internal -w QW37AR33.BIN
reboot

Stop array first, from terminal

cd /tmp
wget http://download.qnap.com/Storage/tsd/bios/QW37AR36.zip
unzip QW37AR36.zip
cd /tmp/QW37AR36
chmod +x flashrom
./flashrom -p internal -w QW37AR36.BIN
reboot
