Slow array

Featured Replies

I get a max of 11mb/s when copying stuff to the array. from what i understand the norm is 20-30mb/s.

is there any easy way to tell which drive is causing this issue? [assuming a single drive is causing this issue]

while preclearing each drive i got the max of each drive. [around the 100mb/s]

thanks

We need hardware breakdown, syslog, and the output of

ethtool eth0

It sounds like you could be on a none GB network and 11mb/s would be about right.

Or, the machine you are copying from only has a 100Mbit lan connection.
