June 4, 20224 yr I just upgraded Unraid to 6.10.2 and now I can no longer access the Plex WebUI. When looking at the logs it appears that I have run out of space but there appears to plenty of space available. The Array is only using 49%, the Cache is only using 9%, the Flash is only using 4%, the Log is using 1% and the Docker is using 2%. This is the error in the log: Starting Plex Media Server. Error: Unable to set up server: sqlite3_statement_backend::loadOne: database or disk is full (N4soci10soci_errorE) Stopping Plex Media Server. kill: usage: kill [-s sigspec | -n signum | -sigspec] pid | jobspec ... or kill -l [sigspec] I am not sure what to do in this situation? Any help would be appreciated.
June 6, 20224 yr Author Just looking to see if anyone may be able to help me with this. I have had this setup for 3+ years with no issues until now and I have no idea where to begin to look to find the problem. Any help would be appreciated.
June 6, 20224 yr Community Expert Which plex docker? I think this is a problem with your plex database, you might try searching plex on how to restore it from backup.
June 7, 20224 yr Author Thanks for the reply. I am using the official Plex Docker. I tried to install the binhex Plex docker just to see what would happen and it would not install and gave the same error about database or disk being full. If I could just remove the current Plex version and start fresh that would work as well, just don't want tom lose my media.
June 7, 20224 yr Community Expert Your media will be fine. You can start with a fresh plex docker by deleting its appdata.
