"Array Stopped" false-positive, array is started

Featured Replies

Hello everyone!

I came back from Holiday after a few weeks and started up my server, manually started the array after start-up (valid configuration).

After the array starts it shows "Array Stopped", however the array is actually started, this seems to be a false-positive (I can navigate to SMB folders and Docker / VMs are running fine).

Example in the Docker page it shows:

https://drive.google.com/file/d/1uMe3Fie1kM9LaTKC92LTOVsRDPSaQkyt/view?usp=sharing

It seems I am able to perform any action (start/stop, edit/install docker containers)

The Diag logs:

I have rebooted the server multiple times with similar result.

Let me know if you have any suggestions or need any further information.

Thank you in advance for the support ❤️

Make sure you don't have multiple browser windows opened on the GUI.

Hi JorgeB,

Thank you for the lightning fast response!

Unfortunately this does not resolve the problem, I have closed all browsers on my PC and tried Edge, Chrome and Firefox, also logged in via the phone browser and it also shows "array stopped".

Thank you

Try rebooting Unraid now that all browser windows are closed.

Apologies for the delayed response, the issue is resolved.

After closing all browsers > reboot the issue still occurred on multiple devices.

After another reboot and clearing the browser cache from every browser (phone & PC) the problem was resolved.

Thank you.
