replace disk procedure?

hi all,

 

i have a disk that has died, (disk 1) so i have purchased a couple of new drives.

 

i got 3x 8tb drives which are larger than my parity drive of 5tb. the aim is to replace the parity drive with an 8tb drive. then use the old 5tb parity drive as disk 1.

 

what would be the procedure to do this? i am currently running a parity sync and added an 8tb drive as the second parity.

 

i assume i need to finish the rebuild on the 8tb parity, then remove the old 5tb parity.

also is there anyway to move the 2nd parity disk into the primary parity slot or would i need to rebuild a new primary parity drive?
