Disk in error state - how to handle this ?

I'm not really used to unraid,  and I just had an 8TB drive go disabled after, apparently, 512 read errors.

I got this notifications : 

- "Array has 1 disk with read errors"

- "Alert [TOWER] - Disk 2 in error state (disk dsbl)"

 

I've stopped the entire array immediately. 

Some of my disks begin to have udma crc errors recently (including the disabled disk 2), I suspect the poor-quality sata cables, which i've planned to change.

Can someone please review diagnostics and provide any insights?

Yes, it does look like a power/connection problem, disk 1 also showing similar issues, replace cables and rebuild.

Thanks for the answer, i just have to restart the array, and let the system rebuild ?

After replacing the cables start the array and check that the emulated disk is mounting and contents look correct, then you can rebuild on top:
