peterhocking
Hi Today I replaced my motherboard, CPU, RAM & Cache drive. When starting up, even though I've selected the USB stick as the boot drive, it won't boot off it. The BIOS sees the stick as a bootable drive, so I'm mystified. Running Unraid Plus 6.10.3 on a Sandisk USB 3 memory stick, (plugged into a USB 2 port) Intel i5-10400 CPU 32 gig DDR4 RAM MSI B4 MAG 560M motherboard LSI SAS card with 7 hard drives Can anyone offer any solutions? TIA Peter Quote Link to comment
Solution Kilrah Posted August 1, 2022 Solution Share Posted August 1, 2022 You likely need to enable UEFI boot on the unraid USB, I believe that just means renaming the "EFI-" folder on it to "EFI". Could probably enable CSM in the BIOS instead. Quote Link to comment
