Unbound error Could not open logfile /dev/null: Permission denied

Featured Replies

Hello,

I have installed Unbound on Unraid but i got this error message Could not open logfile /dev/null: Permission denied

The folder exist.

So what do i wrong?

When I turn on Unbound and Pi-hole in Unraid and change the DNS at Pi-hole to that of Unbound, I get the message Sent to and not answered by localhost in the search of Pi-hole.

So it seems that Unbound is not responding to the requests from Pi-hole. So I can't open any websites.

Did I set something wrong?

I'm seeing the same thing over and over, except my ubound appears to be working in pihole i can see "queries answered by unboud#53" can see queries being processed in ad guard as well, fired up ad guard docker just to test.

Did you ever find a solution for this?

I'm getting the same error in my log, and I'm trying to fix that plus my Unbound just randomly stops working multiple times a day every day. Can't find a solution for that either.
