Drive not detected in Unraid, but works in Windows

Hi i am very new to custom NAS software and I have tried both Unraid and TrueNAS and neither seem to want to detect my harddrive. I've been on numerous forums and support sites trying to find out why my specific drive refuses to work but nothing is working. The drive works in Windows for some random reason. Any help is appreciated.
