"WAN good or bad ,LAN OK"

pinging the internet fails: Destination Host Unreachable  (first and second jpg)

 

Please help me because I can't generate diagnostics either (keeps stuck on this screen:third jpg)

    Did you check in /boot/logs if the file was eventually generated ?
