Portforwarding for remote access with VPN on

Hello, 

 

I recently set up remote access and when I click the check button with the VPN off I get the checkmark. My VPN client is installed onto my router and when it is activated and I click the check box I get the error message saying my server is unreachable. 

 

I am new to all of this but does this mean I need to set up another port forwarding rule in my router settings?

You might be able to get this to work by forwarding a port through the VPN tunnel to your router and from the router to the server. But this is not something we would be able to provide support for.
