September 21, 20223 yr Hello, I recently set up remote access and when I click the check button with the VPN off I get the checkmark. My VPN client is installed onto my router and when it is activated and I click the check box I get the error message saying my server is unreachable. I am new to all of this but does this mean I need to set up another port forwarding rule in my router settings? Thank you for the support!!
September 21, 20223 yr You might be able to get this to work by forwarding a port through the VPN tunnel to your router and from the router to the server. But this is not something we would be able to provide support for.
