Question about adding boot option to syslinux

I am getting a error when attempting to load nct6775 driver for sensors and the System Temp plugin. The error is related to this bug https://github.com/lm-sensors/lm-sensors/issues/197 so i need to append the kernel boot parameter  

acpi_enforce_resources=lax

 

Should it as simple as this: 

kernel /bzimage
append initrd=/bzroot acpi_enforce_resources=lax

    Disregard, 6.11.0 fixed the issue with the module loading now the problem is none of my fans show up in sensors.
