Cannot login after clicking provisioning SSL

I clicked Provision for SSL in the settings page. Then it automatically logged me out and then I cannot log back in. It says invalid password. How do I fix this? I use 6.9.2.

    Edit /config/ident.cfg on the flash drive and change USE_SSL from "yes" or "auto" to "no", then reboot.

    Configure browser push notifications
    Chrome (Android)
    1. Tap the lock icon next to the address bar.
    2. Tap Permissions → Notifications.
    3. Adjust your preference.
    Chrome (Desktop)
    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
    2. Select Site settings.
