October 2, 20223 yr Sorry if this is a very basic question but I cannot update the My Servers plugin and it just says Pending. It is true in both the Plugin page and the CA page.
October 5, 20223 yr Apologies for the issues. We recently found a bug in the install process that you may have been affected by. If you can, remove the plugin and then re-install the My Servers plugin via Community Apps. If you need further assistance please let us know.
October 7, 20223 yr If the plugin is still stuck "Pending", you can open a web terminal and run: rm /tmp/plugins/pluginPending That should get you out of Pending mode so you can do the update Then please upload your diagnostics.zip file (from Tools -> Diagnostics). I'd like to check it for errors that happened during the first install. Thanks!
October 19, 20223 yr Author Sorry for the late reply. I've managed to solve it a while back by just rebooting the server. I will let you know if I encounter this bug again. Although I have already updated the plugin to the latest.
