my Nextcloud crashed because i didn't update, when I try to updated i could not access to my nextcloud because somehow i had to downgrade etc... get confused and reinstalled nextcloud somehow it installed but not with mariahDB.

what should i enter in command to convert my data type from  SQLite to mariadb, I read the documentation but i am not genius.

knowing that i already have miriadb installed previously and have the original config.php saved.

this is the note i received from nextloud recommendation

SQLite is currently being used as the backend database. For larger installations we recommend that you switch to a different database backend. This is particularly recommended when using the desktop client for file synchronisation. To migrate to another database use the command line tool: "occ db:convert-type", or see the documentation ↗.
