Need to stop a Docker for some hours?

Hi all.

 

I need to seede in Qbitorrent.

 

But i cant figure this out

So i was thinking i cut make a user scripts plugin to create cron schedules.

 

So stop the qbitorrent docker from like 2AM to 6AM so the mover can move my data from the cache to the array.

 

But how can i get startet?
