Unassigned HDD´s

Featured Replies

Hello Community,

sorry, for my bad english, i hope you can understand what i am supposed to say.

A few days ago, i moved my System from TrueNas to Unraid.

I want to set up my Array, but i cant connect my Disks with the Array.

Setup:

3xWD Red 4TB - 1 x Parity,  2 x  Storage

I tried a few guides to Mount my Disks in the Array.

I tried to format the Disks in the Main Tab, where the Array settings are. This has no effect.

Another idea was to Format the Disks on another PC. No effect..

Now i Downloaded the Unassigned Devices Plugin and did a complete Clean and Overwrite. It Took 32h to complete everything.

The Problem didnt change. I select the Disks and it shows up: Unmountable disks present. And it shows my both disks which are selected as Storage. Also it says Unsupported Partition Layout.

Did anyone else have this problem? Are there any Solutions?r

Stefan

There is a problem with formatting disks bigger than 2TB on the 6.11.2 release.    This is fixed in the 6.11.3 release.
