DMAddict Posted December 12, 2022 Share Posted December 12, 2022 I've had my server off for quite some time now and upon powering it up I get a validation error. To be honest I had attempted to upgrade it last year and for some reason I couldn't access. I can get to the Main window from the Web-Gui and it shows I'm on version 6.2.0-beta23. I can't start the array because it says missing or invalid registration key. I had an original copy of the Pro.key but get the same issue. Quote Link to comment
itimpi Posted December 12, 2022 Share Posted December 12, 2022 Are you making sure the key is in the ‘config’ folder on the flash drive? Have you tried plugging the flash drive into a PC/Mac to run a check disk on it? BTW: You can upgrade manually using the procedure documented here in the online documentation accessible via the ‘Manual’ link at the bottom of the GUI or the DOCS link at the top of each forum page.
