Docker applications giving errors when starting.

Upon trying to start dockers apps I get execution errors. I get the following errors, depending on which app I try to start:

 

Image can not be deleted, in use by other container(s)

Error code 403

Server error

 

I was moving a bunch of stuff last night and the cache completely filled, I misjudged the amount of data, it's fine now though as the mover ran overnight. I don't know if that's relevant.

    I disabled and reenabled docker in the settings and it all works now.

     

    I'd still like to know though, is this a result of the cache filling?
