"Docker Service failed to start" error after power outage

I had a power outage last night and now I am getting the following errors when I go under Docker in the Unraid UI:

Docker Service failed to start.

Warning: stream_socket_client(): unable to connect to unix:///var/run/docker.sock (Connection refused) in /usr/local/emhttp/plugins/dynamix.docker.manager/include/DockerClient.php on line 712
Couldn't create socket: [111] Connection refused

I went back to version 6.11.4 and upgraded again to 6.11.5 hoping that would fix the problem, but no luck. All the docker containers seem to be running just fine, but I can no longer manage them.

Got it fix by deleting the docker.img file and reinstalling the apps.
