Memory speed showing 2133 instead of 3600 Asus Prime z590-a

 I'm not sure if something is not configured correctly because the ram is showing as 2133 with XMP enabled.  The 4 ram sticks are all DDR4 3600 MHz, with the same part number and C18.

    It doesn't show the current speed, just the string from the RAM modules which report 2133

    Your BIOS mentions it running a 3600 so that should be it.
