BIOS power failure setting

I made the mistake of setting the BIOS power setting to remain off after a power failure.  Since there is no power button on the front of the case I can not start the system.  I can not boot into  BIOS setup mode (i.e. holding the delete key on power up).  Is there a fix for this?

    Turn on the power supply and then use a small screw driver to short together pins 6-8 on the D865GLCLK front panel connector block.  Refer to page 80 of the [ftp=ftp://download.intel.com/design/motherbd/lc/C3263401.pdf]referenence manual[/ftp].
