    停止整列，取出坏了的硬盘，然后在坏盘位置插入新盘（容量要大于或等于旧盘），启动阵列，应该就会自动恢复数据了。。我也是看资料，没实操过。。仅供你参考。

    后来在论坛找到了

    在维护模式下 进入硬盘 找到检查 然后输入参数-L 跑完重启就好了
