docker container permissions

I have permissions to the download locations set to public but when I try to download anything I get an error saying. Permission denied for the location. the container is transmission_VPN. My other containers using the same location aren't reporting any permission issues. How do I change the permissions for this one container having this issue?

    You can usually go directly to the correct support thread for your docker by clicking its icon and selecting Support.
