Bifurcation recommendation

Hey everyone,

I am looking for a way to add two new function to my unraid server.
The first one is an hba card to add more sata and the second is a 10gbe network card.

My hardware is as follows :
Asrock h670 mini itx
Intel 12100
Crucial ddr4 3200 2x8gb
Node 304
Several hc560

I ordered an hba card already, a 9207-8i and a small fan to cool it.

I would like to be able to add a 10gbe sfp+ card to the server.
The mobo support bifurcation, I have only one slot but it could split 16x to 2 8x thanks to an option in the bios.

How do I do that trick?
I am in Europe, could you point out a few references of hardware ?

From what I’ve seen, I could use a riser that goes into the pcie slot and would have two cables that goes into two pcie daughter boards where could plug the hba and the nic.
I would get the nic card on the last slot of the node since there is nothing there and would put the hba card inside with a fan.
I d like some feedback if this is possible.

Thank you in advance.

Edit : I could also transform one of the nvme slot into pcie and fit the lsi sad card there?

In short, yes. It will work as you imagine. You could go ever crazier :) there are pcie slot to m.2 Splitters on aliexpress with plx Chips on them.

so you could do pcie 16 slot to 2*8 and on both 8lane slots 2*4 lanes

or 16x to 2*8 to 1*8 and 2*4 :)

best sources und Europe are aliexpress and eBay or even Amazon
