Container Address in use

I had installed swag previously and it is running well. I guess there is an update yesterday and this morning, i realized that my swag container has disappeared. 

I tried to re install the container that it says that ip address is already in use, as shown below.

i tried running the following command and it shows as following

I saw in a post that disabling VM might help. and it is still not working. I am unable to install swag due to same error even after i have disabled VM. 

 

I have attached my diagnostic in this post. 

 

May i know how should i proceed?
