Deluge Not Downlaoding files even though there are Seeds.

Hey!!

I've had it working before. Deluge all set up with Sonarr and Radarr, but recently I've been downloading a file and there are seeds. But its not downloading. So i try the same file on my Main PC and it works fine with FDM. the area where seeds are it says " Seeds: 0 (220)". Anyone got a fix??? I added the Deluge log aswell as a screenshot of deluge!
