VM-Win10Pro: Invisible Mouse and GTX 1060/770 passthru with no LAN-Connectio

Featured Replies

Hi there,

i have 2 problems:

1st - Mouse is invisible

When using VNC everything seems fine.

When changing to USB-Passthru (Logitech Reciever for Mouse and Keyboard) both mouse and keyboard are working.

But i can't see the mouse :/

Its defenitly there - when i hover over the desktop, shortcuts are highlighted.

2nd - NVidia(s)-passthru

Iommu is enabled.

Both (770 & 1060) seem to have uefi.

I used the method from spaceinvaderOne (si1) to generate a *.rom-file.

Thing i noticed - the generated file from si1-video is double the size compared to mine (~132kb vs 58,9kb).

Also the script i used (from si1) says something like " ... file seems to small. But it should work :)" as a the final responce.

When I use VNC it runs (with huge delays) and i can connect via splashtop.

When I ise one of the native gpus the vm starts, but:

- im not able to use splashtop anymore

- im not able to ping the machine

- i get no displayoutput via hdmi to a dedicated monitor

VM has an user with auto-login.
