Disabled BTRFS Operation is running

Good morning everyone,

 

I went to run Mover this morning, and I've got a message saying that it's Disabled -- BTRFS operation is running.  What's weird is the "Stop" and "Move" button will randomly be reenabled, but they just flicker.  Everything seems to be running fine other than this...any ideas?

    Nothing obvious in the log, try rebooting.
