stuck in automatic boot loop

ok I have a backup of my flash drive 

I updated to 6.12 rc 6 restarted and now im stuck on the unraid boot option 

unraid os

unraid os gui mode 

and so on but nothing is work even if I use a keyboard to pick a option is just countdown from five and starts again, counting down for five

Did you try restoring it yet?

I didn’t know at first I could restore from a zip file

but I then had a problem of the original usb just wouldn’t work with the restored file I had to use a different usb drive 

but I’m backup and running thanks god
