Went and bought a monitor to see why I can’t boot and seeing this. Is this a bad USB stick? Works fine on my desktop.

    Try a different port for it or disconnect it for the time being...

    It’s a cyber power slim one. Maybe that’s the sl? Not sure why that would be an issue it’s always been in that same port
