Unraid 6.12 vm crashing ENOFLASH7

Hello,

I'm on unraid 6.12.1 and I starting having this error
Unregistered - flash device error (ENOFLASH7)
 

Also I'm my vm's are stoping randomly 


any help will be appreciated

Make sure you are using a USB 2.0 port, if issues continue try replacing the flash drive.

@JorgeBsame issue, new USB from samsung (MUF-256BE4/APC), I don't have any usb 2.0 on my board and is already a board with some years.

I didn't had this issue on unraid 6.11 and on first releases from unraid 6.12 (rc). any other ideias?

Sorry, I didn't download but the errors was the same, fail to register the flash drive and memory allocation error.

I will download in a couple days since the error is like every 2 days or so

Just to explain a bit the flow:

Server starts getting the RAM full, like 70 ish %, 1 VM crash them the other and the flash errors

Logs are spammed with these:

Any idea where they come from?

See if you can silence that or it makes analyzing the log much more difficult.
