Accessing Unraid UI with Tailscale and Changed Unraid Ports

Featured Replies

I recently moved and my new isp router/modem doesn’t support Port mapping [external to internal]. So I had to use port 443 and 80 for NPM, I changed the Unraid default ports to 2443 and 280, now on my LAN I can still access by localIP:280 or mymachinename.local:280.

I have Tailscale running in a docker, and before the above change could access my Unraid interface using the Tailscale IP but now that I changed the port I am unable to access the interface.

I can still access the other containers like before using the TailscaleIP:port.

I’ve tried the tailscaleIP:280 and the unraidmachinename:280 but nothing seems to allow me to access it. Any thoughts? Thanks everyone!

Bump, I am hopeful to resolve this but I am at a loss of what to try next.

Try using the Tailscale plugin instead, and you can ask for support there if needed.

Thank you! Today I found a thread on Reddit that said add tailscale0 to Setting>Network>Include listening interfaces. It worked but I don’t know what it did exactly…
