July 20, 20232 yr Hello, first apologies if this has been covered before but i searched and i couldn't find something that works i had a smart error on my parity disk (UDMA CRC error count), the disk was knocked out of the array, i reintegrated the disk, started sync and got again errors as per suggestions in similar circumstances in the forum i changed the SATA cable and since then i have run a SMART extended test and had the parity disc sync without any new errors or hiccups, so i am pretty confident that the issue has been resolved however i still have this (see screenshot) even though i have rebooted the server any idea how to get rid of it pls? mthx in advance
July 20, 20232 yr Community Expert Solution If you click on the orange thumbs down icon and select the Acknowledge option from the resulting menu then you will only be prompted again if it increase. Note this value never resets so you can only stop it increasing.
