Network driver issue

I am trying to get unraid setup on a minipc i have. NIC works perfectly within windows 11 however when booting into unraid I see the link lights on the PC however unraid reports the link is down. it is using the r8169 driver. The NIC is a gigabit one not 2.5g. 

 

Not sure what to try, any suggestions? Thank you

 

N.b. wasn't sure how to grab a screenshot or log file as not network access to the pc
