July 17, 200619 yr Awhile ago my power failed and my USB drive died. tom sent me a new one ASAP but I was thinking, that if I would of made abackup of the disk I could of just restored the image. I remember awhile ago reading on the AVS forum thread about creating a backup image and how to restore it (obviously only works to same hardware)... but I can't remember how to do it, nor find it in the thread... Can anyone help
July 17, 200619 yr It is here: http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showthread.php?p=7214997&highlight=command#post7214997 As I originally said, this is only good if the USB drive is still electrically good, but has had the contents messed up in some accident (or fix18 gone wild incident) You cannot restore to a different USB drive as the serial numbers will not match and the unRaid array will not start. You can restore to the SAME USB drive. Joe L.
