How to Start Over with UnRAID

I've been playing with unRAID for a week or two, and have been playing with different packages, and in some cases different versions of packages. Rather than try and undo what I've done I'd like to start fresh with unRAID, however I have started copying data to my drives.

 

All my data is on disk1 under shares.

 

Is it easy for me to start over with a clean install? Will I lose any of my data? If I recreate my share, will it just find the existing data in the folder and share it out normally?

 

Are there any gotchas or concerns I need to be aware of?
