LIS HBA not working after motherboard replacement

I had a motherboard fail (MSI tx40 pro wifi) i replaced it with the exact same model board, i believe i setup the bios the same as the old one but now when i boot to unraid it cant find the drives and i see the following error when i check.

any help would be appreciated as am not sure what i am missing

Try a different PCI slot, if the same try the HBA in a different board if available to confirm it's still good.

I have tried a few different slots, so i guess i'll need to try it in another pc then if there's nothing else we can check on this one
