Trying to install UNRAID for the first time, and get the following error

 

"not found - press ENTER key to reboot"

System detects the USB just fine- boots it, detects the device with UNRAID label (as SCSI?) then fails with no detail. 

 

USB is connected to a USB 2.0 port. 

 

Any help would be great
