Trying to install UNRAID (6.12.3) for the first time, and get the following error

 

"not found - press ENTER key to reboot"
 

System detects the USB just fine- boots it, detects the device with UNRAID label (as SCSI?) then fails with no detail.

This is on a bare metal Xeon W-1250, USB 2.0 connected to USB 2.0 port. Using Unraid USB Flash Creator with UEFI

 

Any assistance would be great.

    Try a different port or flash drive, you can also try booting legacy.
