Fresh UnRaid setup docker apps take 10-30 minutes to install.

Hi everyone. 

I have started a fresh instance of Unraid. New flash drive, new os, formatted drive arrays.... All this on brand new hardware:

Gigabyte Technology Co., Ltd. B650 AORUS ELITE AX , Version x.x
American Megatrends International, LLC., Version FCd
BIOS dated: Thu 14 Sep 2023 12:00:00 AM PDT

 

AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D 16-Core @ 4200 MHz

Memory: 128 GiB DDR5

40+ TB HHD
3TB Cache

Gig internet up/down


But when I went to start installing docker apps, the apps will download in 10 seconds and extract, but when it tries to do the actual installation it takes anywhere from 10 to 30 minutes.

This is really disappointing and frustrating.

Can anyone please help me understand what the issue may be?

I should also add that while it's in the process of installing the image, the web UI is completely frozen. I can't open new windows to the dashboard or anything at all.
