I have 5 10tb arsenal sas drives in my array and I dont know which is which. I have a list of the SNs but there are lables on the front of the drives and I cant read the SNs on the drives. My plan was to take the array offline and unplug the  sas connectors on them one at a time and see which one disappears. I am not sure if this will cause problems or not. Are there better ideas about how to figure this out?

    As long as you do it with the array stopped it should be fine.
