你可以在官方的联系网页提交工单，也可以向官方的邮箱 [email protected] 发送邮件来说明情况。

 

建议使用购买时所使用的邮箱向官方的邮箱发送邮件，你可以在邮件里面提供相关的信息和附件（购买记录、订单号、失效的 KEY 密钥的 URL 链接等等，有什么就提供什么）来证明密钥属于你本人。

 

此问题一般很快就能得到解决，我先前就是这么帮别人处理的，那个朋友也是U盘坏了但是没有备份。
