MelloJello
Hello, can anyone enlighten me on what is happening when I set the appdata path for my dockers. It starts as /mnt/user/xxx but when I set the location it automatically becomes /mnt/cache/xxx Is there any difference between the two? Also I just updated to 6.12.4 and have my appdata as an Exclusive Share. Quote Link to comment

That is expected behaviour if you have Exclusive Shares enabled and meet the conditions on a particular share for it being Exclusive. The /mnt/cache/xxx path is more efficient than going via /mnt/user/xxx as it bypasses the Fuse layer in Unraid. This is described in the GUI help for the Exclusive setting under Settings->Global Share Settings Quote Link to comment
