November 21, 20232 yr Hi all, I am trying to access my system from the internet. This was working flawlessly previosuly but now I am given a prompt saying "disabled until sign in" when I click it, a pop up appears allowing me to sign into unraid connect. Once this is complete the popup disappears and the server remains un-signed in to unraid connect. There is also a similar button in the top right of the dashboard, this uses the same mechanism and suffers from the same issue. I have also noted that when logged into unraid connect via a web browser, the my severs list gives me a never ending unraid sinewave logo. Does anyone suffer from this? I wonder if the service is down, or maybe there is a bug, as I know this feature is still in beta. Thanks!!
November 22, 20232 yr A restart will probably fix things (not that restarting is a good thing/solution). Your Unraid is running on? You're accessing it on? 8 hours ago, Jacobb5179 said: Does anyone suffer from this? I'm not, but I'm not you. It can be very difficult to test things "inside" and "outside" your "house." Do you have a VPN to test things? MrGrey.
December 2, 20232 yr I am also trying to connect and i am not able to connect to my server. on unraid connect just says loading but nothing happens.
December 16, 20232 yr I am having the same issue. Unraid connect plugin in installed on the server, uninstalled and reinstalled it to see if it would hel. Trying to sign in to the plugin the server is stuck on the "performing actions" dialog window. Keeping the window open for 30min and nothing seems to happen. Edit: This solved it for me, if you access the GUI with your ip address (192.168.x.xxx) instead of hostname (tower.local.domain.com) then it works. I am accessing my GUI with a revers proxy only accessible on the internal network. Edited December 16, 20232 yr by troubledraider
