BTRFS Errors but I've removed the pool

I had a BTRFS cache pool before, but then I got a bunch of errors. I replaced the RAM and did the proper steps to fix it, but no dice. Still got errors. So I replaced the cache SSD and said screw BTRFS and set the new cache as xfs. My whole array was all xfs as well. Only thing in the system that was ever BTRFS was the cache. I'm still getting BTRFS Errors with no BTRFS pools. Error is "key first tree mismatch detected"

What is going on? And how do I fix it?

The 'loop' devices are used to support docker and VMs.  In your case loop2 almost certainly refers to your docker.img file which by default is formatted as BTRFS internally.   You should follow the instructions here in the online documentation accessible via the Manual link at the bottom of the Unraid GUI to create a new empty image file and then re-instate and repopulate this file with your previous docker containers with settings intact.
