transferring data from disks and lost all apps

hey there, 

so I got a new hard drive and tried to move data from one disk to another, in order to replace them.

I used krusader and the following tut : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MVSxiN2hr4I
but as soon as the transfer were completed, and I reboot, and assigned the new drive instead of the old one (at disk 1). and started everything back up, it then said that its restoring from parity or something like that, and i lost all my apps (plex, sonarr, radarr etc)

I wonder if there's any way to restore those? 

and for future reference how do i do that?

You should post your system's diagnostics zip file in your next post in this thread to get more informed feedback.  It is always a good idea to post this if your question might involve us seeing how you have things set up or to look at recent logs.  It is not at all clear what the current state of your system actually is.
