I am a free user right now I am unable to install the apps under apps tab in web gui.

I have a stable ISP and my internet is working also when i open new tab in webgui i can browse the internet but unraid is not able to install app.

Check the photo.

Please don't start multiple threads about the same thing, locked the other one.

 

Looks like a network problem, and you forgot the diagnostics

Where can i find this Zip file.

In web gui i cant access it anywhere.

Network seems fine, if you have a firewall disable it for testing, make sure the server is connected directly to the router, you can also try changing your DNS server to 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 instead of using your router.  Settings - Network Settings

Firewall can be disabled from connecting to router? Also DNS setting can be access by logging into my router?

Depends on what is the firewall, if you have one.

Still a network problem, use those DNS servers as DNS1 and DNS2, remove your router as DNS server.
