December 6, 20232 yr I am a free user right now I am unable to install the apps under apps tab in web gui. I have a stable ISP and my internet is working also when i open new tab in webgui i can browse the internet but unraid is not able to install app. Check the photo.

December 6, 20232 yr Community Expert Network seems fine, if you have a firewall disable it for testing, make sure the server is connected directly to the router, you can also try changing your DNS server to 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220 instead of using your router. Settings - Network Settings

December 6, 20232 yr Community Expert Solution Still a network problem, use those DNS servers as DNS1 and DNS2, remove your router as DNS server.
