Vhost causing duplicate IP in router

Featured Replies

Hi!

I hope this is the right place to post this. So my VM's are using the vhost0 network source, which if I'm understanding it correct it allows the VM to have its own IP. However, the ip that vhost0 is using is the same as the main interface IP which makes it show up twice in my Ubiquiti router. Just testing things out, I blocked the vhost mac in the router, but that blocks access to the Unraid webUI as well. Is this the intended behavior? I attached my networking page screenshot and also diagnostics. Thank you in advance!

I am seeing the same issue (no bridging enabled): eth0 and vhost0 have the same IP and different MACs

I'm also trying to remedy this. My vhost mac address is constantly connecting and disconnecting on my unifi router. I have one VLAN added.

Experiencing the same issue on all three of my Unraid-servers (running v6.12.8)

All servers have bonding and briding disabled, multiple vlans in use.
